Workouts are varied and constantly changing to challenge participants and keep the body guessing. CrossFit workouts, known as WODs (Workout of the Day), are performed in a group setting where participants are guided by coaches to ensure proper form and technique. It is a community-based approach to fitness that promotes camaraderie and competition among members.
